The Dragon Ball Hoshi is actually a card game from japan called Dragon Ball Heros.
Unfortunantly this "Dragon Ball Heros "clip and many like it were misguidedly posted on you tube as a new series.

Awww.. Well that's a shame, I was hoping for a new series as both DBZ and DBGT were left wide open. Although, I'm not so sure how popular it would be. DBGT was not a fitting end to DBZ and in some ways a major letdown and a means to capitalize on the already popular franchise. Anything after I'm afraid will meet the same fate. Some legends are better left alone and I think DBZ fits this description.
