Hey all you anime fans out there, just want to make you aware of the new Batman "The Dark Knight Returns" that's coming out soon. I checked out the local Movie store and there is no eta on it yet but the preview is awesome.So it looks like batman is grey haired and little wrinkly but he's still dawning the cape and cowl to whoop some @#$! And Oh ya robin is a nerdy chick..er.. I think. .
Batman my be old but has a knack for finding new and strange criminals to terrorize,also Looks like some criminals his past (like Two face) are joining the fun as well.
Anyway if you liked the animated Batman "Year one" this is right up your (dark criminal infested Gotham city) alley.

Just Watched it, yesterday and its great.
ReplyDeleteThere some really cool story line about two face , He gets the other side of his face restored and becomes twice as evil.
Batman also has to take down the leader of a mutant gang, Bruce is over the hill but he breaks out some extra fire power with a super tank that would eat the live action movie's Bat-mobile for breakfast.
The Grand finale is a fight with batman and the leader of the mutants. Batman gets down in the muck and breaks the Mutants arm and legs Jujitsu style!
To affirm the previous statement :
Robin is a girl and turn out to be pretty cool, she set up the mutant gang and rescued batman.
What I didn't expect:
Alfred is still alive and apparently still working at Wayne Manor, that poor old butler.
